REIKI - translated as "Universal Life Force Energy" - is a form of energy work that heals on all levels - Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual - and is the core of every healing session that I offer. What is often referred to as "the laying on of the hands", is only one dimension of Reiki healing. In the Spirit world, time and space do not exist, so Reiki can be facilitated through distance (referred to as Distance Reiki). Also, with in-person session work where the receiver is not open or comfortable to touch, Reiki can be transmitted without making physical contact.

SHAMANIC HEALING delves much deeper into the Spiritual levels of our being than traditional Reiki, as this healing is offered to those living and deceased. Where there is a loss of power or loss of soul essence/soul "pieces", a Shaman, then, journeys into many Spiritual dimensions to bring back what has been lost during our soul's existence (through past and present lifetimes). Where there are negative energies or blockages, it is the Shaman's role to extract these entities from the body. Like Reiki, Shamanic healing is offered as a form of Distance Healing, as well.

'Energy Awareness' Life Coaching is a non-traditional approach to personal life coaching where the focus is on the energy we harness, receive, and emit out into the Universe.
