Cancellation Policy:
The Finishing Bar requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, you may be charged 50% of the service price.
If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
For all of our clients, we ask for 24 hour notice before canceling your appointment with our team. This allows us to keep the slot open for other members of The Finishing Bar Family. If the appointment is Cancelled or a "No Show" a nominal fee of $25.00 will be applied.

Wax was done pretty well. However, when I went to pay I was charged full price with the response being, "I think lifebooker gives you the discount on the site." If a business is going to use lifebooker to attract clients it needs to know and honor lifebooker's policies.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cozy salon on the Lower East Side. I walked in and immediately was treated like a member of a warm and inviting family. Everyone was so nice and attentive. I got a great shellac manicure from Donna with very clear instructions on how to take care of it...

Tiny spot, but super cute decor and very friendly easy going staff. Manicurist really knew what she was doing and was really nice. highly recommend!
