Cancellation Policy:
Sunpoint Retreat requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, you may be charged 50% of the service price.
If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
Sunpoint requires 24 hour notice for cancellation. No-Shows result in a 100% fee of the service booked, late cancellations result in a 50% fee of the service. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We have a tips in cash only policy.

Very friendly atmosphere, and my manicurist did an incredible job with my gnarly feet. It is tranquil and relaxing there and the Spa Pedi soaks and scrubs hit the spot!

Just had my second massage w/ Polina and it was amazing! Again, the actual spa is no frills, with the lack of a relaxation room and or locker room. However, the massage was at a five star level and I have been to a lot of spas. I highly recommend Polina.
Perfect service as always!
I am extremely picky with my spa services and at first I was hesitant when I walked into Sunpoint Retreat because it felt like a tanning salon. However, my massage with Polina was amazing. She did a phenomenal job and I left there a very relaxed person. I will be returning very soon!

I loved the tanning experience. I did medium clear and added on an additional moisturizing package. The woman was extremely nice and showed me how to do everything. The tanning booth thing itself is really cool. It dries you off and you do not have to rub anything in!
The salon is a nice, clean space, with a calming atmosphere. I got a Brazilian Wax as well as Eyebrow and Lip Wax. I gave a two because while the facial waxing was done very well, my Brazilian was pretty poor. There is quite a bit of hair left in patches, and the area was left very dirty...
