If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.

Absolutely the best wax I've gotten in NYC. Aside from the spa being very pleasant and well appointed, Janna was very knowledgeable and skilled, and the Brazilian was fast and painless. Highly recommended!

Excellent. As always Sothy's is professional. They do a great job, the total spa pampering experience. I even fell asleep while having my shoulders massaged as the steam was softening my face.

i showed up exactly when my appt was and was taken right away, Vera was a doll, will definately ask for her again (when i book my next facial there!) my face has never felt cleaner. the best part- they didnt try to sell me anything!

The spa was relaxing, clean, and inviting. Staff members are friendly and attentive. The facial was thorough and included cleansing, steaming, massage, extractions and a mask. I didn't notice a big difference with the eye treatment, but I've only tried it once.
