Salon Champu requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, you may be charged 50% of the service price.
If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.

Great experience. The salon is on a great little East Village block, and the space is intimate and comfortable. Lucy did a great job cutting my hair, and the restructuring treatment left it feeling soft and smelling delish!
Had Keratin treatment by Lucy in April 2011. Went back in Sept and had another treatment by Fanny. They both did such a great job that when I saw salon champu on lifebooker, I had to buy the women's cut....I had an awful cut at some other salon and didn't look right for a few months. Had...

Fantastic cut! The facilities weren't the nicest, but the staff was friendly, and the cut itself was great.
I got a good cut with no frills. Fanny was able to beautifully fix a botched haircut from a month ago (from a different salon). She was also able to recommend product for my needs. I think the Lifebooker price is a fair one. If you want a salon experience with more of the extras, then this...

Lucy was wonderful -- I wasn't happy with how my highlights came out (I emphasized how subtle I wanted them to be too much!) and she was happy to fix them the next day. I'm now very happy with how my hair looks, and thrilled with the customer service at Salon Champu. Thanks, Lucy!
Lucy was great as always - I've been to her so far for Keratin Treatment as well as Highlights and she is consistently skilled, personable,plus the salon is cozy and located one of the best neighborhoods around.
Great cut and color, Lucy and Fanny were both great! Salon is cozy and cute.
