Cancellation Policy:

Ron Noonan PT requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 12 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged $50

Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.

Additional Policies:

All packages must be used between one or two months (5 pack one month - 10 pack two months). All packaged sessions not used in that time frame will not be refunded.

I had one of the best experiences with Ron Noonan! He was early for my appointment, down to earth, and helped me map out realistic goals to achieve success! The workout was challenging and effective. Now, I am motivated to get in shape for Summer! See ya soon Ron ~

Do you want to change the way you look and feel? Then look no further. At home personal training is the way to go. Ron will help you achieve your goals and look at life in a more positive way. All necessary equipment is provided: step up platform,bosu ball, physio ball, elastic bands, light weights, mat, and boxing equipment. If you have a gym in your building, we can most certainly use that also. Outdoor training is available, weather permitting. Did you know that 40% of gym members stop going after 3 months? That is an industry fact. Most people don't see the results they are looking for, become uncomfortable with the gym atmosphere, or feel cheated by club management. At home personal training provides a safe and comfortable way to concentrate on your exercises (instead of worrying about someone else watching you). No drill sergeant here. You will actually learn and perform your exercises CORRECTLY. This way you will maintain you new physic easily and minimize stress on your body. I look forward to helping you soon.
