Spa Protocol and Guidelines CANCELLATIONS: Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in one of the following cancellation charges: 1st Time: $25.00 will be charged to Client’s credit card on file; Client hereby consents to said charge. 2nd Time: $50.00 will be charged to Client’s credit card on file; Client hereby consents to said charge. 3rd Time: $100.00 or the value of the service scheduled, whichever is less; Client hereby consents to said charge. CREDIT CARDS: Upon making an appointment, Client must provide valid credit-card details to secure the appointment. Spa is unable to book an appointment without valid credit-card details, provided by telephone prior to the first visit or as recorded on file during subsequent visits. Client hereby consents to these credit-card charges upon failure to cancel an appointment with 24 hours’ notice.
