Cancellation Policy:
Orchid Aesthetics Medical Spa requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
24 hours notice and 48 hours notice on packages or you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment. Appointments scheduled for services that same day will be considered confirmed and payment processed in advance.

The space is OK, it's an apartment converted into a spa... a little dark for a spa if you ask me, would not go back....
The person who provided the injections was very helpful and informative and made me feel at ease. The effects were noticeable almost immediately. I wil definitely return.

Great IPL! She gives you a very thorough treatment, unlike a lot of other spas that give you 1/2 an IPL but advertise a full one. I will absolutely be back.

I have done this for several times before..and it was not bad. My skin is actually getting better and better and she even gave me a free acne lazer treatment..it was great!
