If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service price.

I booked a color and cut with Hyacinth; she was lovely, and asked a lot of questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was surprised when I saw the final results--I specifically asked for no red tones, and my overall color had a distinctly reddish hue. I asked to keep the same basic shape...

I booked a color and cut with Hyacinth; she was lovely, and asked a lot of questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was surprised when I saw the final results--I specifically asked for no red tones, and my overall color had a distinctly reddish hue. I asked to keep the same basic shape of my current cut, and instead got a lot of layering. I'm giving her 3 stars because everyone seems to love it--I've gotten nothing but compliments. Obviously, she's very good at what she does, but I wish she'd paid closer attention to my requests.
