Cancellation Policy:
Medulla requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, you may be charged $25.
If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged $50.
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
-Medulla reserves the right to refuse services upon in-person consultations. -Refunds are under the approval of management and may be subject to a 20% labor and/or 10% product fee -Clients have 3 days after a service is provided to inform Medulla if their expectations were not met. Any returning clients must see the original stylist/colorist unless approved management.

June was super friendly and gave me a a really nice cut. The blow out wasn't amazing but I was more interested in the cut anyway. Not sure if I'd return without some kind of promotion because I don't think the cut/blowout was worth its usual retail value.

Everyone here was very nice. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and created a style that I love.
I went Medulla to get a terrible haircut (from a different Salon) fixed. The girl who cut my hair was able to even out the former cut and fix it to a place that I can live with. It still needs to grow out to be fully fixed but that it not the fault of the stylist.

Great hair cut. June was amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted. I am definitely going back. Very clean and professional. Best hair cut I have had in NYC
