About Massage Refresh Union Square
I provide Swedish wellness and recuperative Deep Tissue massage that encompasses myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I also provide Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Prenatal massage. My goal for each and every session is to be an integral part of your individual healing process and promote health and wellness within yourself.
I was trained at the Swedish Institute in New York City and am New York State licensed.
My focus is primarily Swedish /Deep Tissue massage, Shiatsu, Thai, Sports Massage and Prenatal massage. I also incorporate characteristics and techniques from Tuina and Reflexology.
