Cancellation Policy:

Lord and Whisper Skin Care Spa requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 2 days of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, you may be charged 50% of the service price.

If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.

Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.

Additional Policies:

We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice. You will receive a confirmation email prior to your service (unless you're booking less than 24 hours in advance). Deposits for group services may be required and can be placed on your credit card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to spa treatments will be charged 50% of service price. No-shows will be charged full value of service. Please keep in mind that because we make every effort to accommodate our clients' needs, appointment times are set. If you are late to your appointment, your service will be reduced in length in proportion to your lateness. You will still be responsible for the full value of your treatment.
