I have a Lifebooker Account, do I need to setup a separate account for Loot?

No. A Lifebooker account and a Lifebooker Loot account are exactly the same. Book appointments, purchase loot . . . with this account you can do it all!

How do I get today’s Loot?

Just click the "Buy Now" button on the page where the Loot is featured before the sale ends. A few hours after the sale has ended, Lifebooker Loot will send you a link to print your Loot Certificate.

If I purchase Loot can I return it?

Yes you may return any purchased Loot as long as the sale is still on. Each Loot has a “Time Left to Get This Loot” box located under the pricing information. As long as there’s still time left, you may return your Loot.

How do I return Loot?

Login to your account (on Lifebooker or Lifebooker Loot) and visit the page "My Available Loot" located in "My Account". If the Loot is still live (has time remaining to purchase it) then you will see a link to "Return Loot". Just click the link and confirm that you would like to return it. If you do not see a link to "Return Loot" then the sale is over and you may not return it.

I purchased Lifebooker Loot, how do I use it?

Once a Loot sale has ended, Lifebooker will send you an email containing a link to print your Loot certificate. Your certificate will tell you specifically how to redeem your Loot.

Do I need to use my Loot the same day that I buy it?

No. You may use your Loot anytime, as long as it has not expired.

Can I buy Loot as a gift for someone else?

You can, and if you’re nice, you should. Unless specifically stated that a Loot cannot be gifted, simply hand over or email your Loot Certificate to the lucky recipient.

Wait but my name is on the Loot can I still give it as a gift?

Yes, absolutely. We knew you were nice =)

If I don't use the full value of my Loot may I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated on the Loot, you will not receive cash-back or credits.

Can I combine my Loot with other special offers?

No. Unless otherwise stated, you may not combine your Loot with other offers.

Can I use Lifebooker rewards, promo codes, or gift certificates to purchase Lifebooker Loot?

No. Unfortunately at this time you may not. But check back soon for updates on this!
