This visit was very good. Takomi does a great job and is very sweet. Great space and very clean. If you get Takomi or Maria, you will be happy. Other nail techs are hit or miss and there is a lot of turnover. Lali Lali can be very disorganized and often overbooks and keeps you waiting...

This visit was very good. Takomi does a great job and is very sweet. Great space and very clean. If you get Takomi or Maria, you will be happy. Other nail techs are hit or miss and there is a lot of turnover. Lali Lali can be very disorganized and often overbooks and keeps you waiting (even if you call 20 minutes before to confirm that they're running on time). Lately, the salon seems to have improved. I hope that this trend continues.

I made my appointment, excited to have an evening of pampering with my sister. A few minutes after making my appointment and receiving my confirmation email/text, the salon called to say that they do not have any available appointments for THE TIME I MADE AN APPOINTMENT! They were completely unwilling to work something out, considering it was their error, and allowed me to just go ahead and cancel not one, but 2 appointments. For the sheer lack of good customer service, I will never actually try this salon.

I had a great experience at Lali Lali. My stylist was very friendly and even though I was just getting my color touched up, he took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted before he started working. Overall, I am very happy happy with my highlights.

Sylvia was personable enough, but did a terribly sloppy job. She left a ton of stray hairs and it was honestly the most painful waxing experience I'd had. Not going back there!
