Kelly @ Alibi NYC Salon requires that you cancel on Lifebooker. If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
~ Always try to arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to check in, relax for a minute, peruse a magazine or drink some tea. Giving yourself extra time also ensures against traffic or parking difficulties. ~ If there is a look that you come across in a magazine or other photo that you would like to adopt for yourself, do not hesitate to bring the photo in to show your stylist. Even if the look may not work with your particular hair type, your stylist will be able to adapt a more suitable look for you, but along similar lines. Showing your stylist photographs of styles or colors that you like helps the stylist to become more familiar with your individual likes and dislikes, which is always helpful. ~ We love children. We really do. But when it comes to their presence in the Salon, we believe less is more. And here's why: As adults, we may find it fascinating, engaging, and fun to glamorize ourselves for hours on end at Alibi. And your youngster may agree ... for about two minutes. So that you can relax and enjoy your experience without looking after your toddler the whole time, we kindly request that you make alternate arrangements for your child if you are going to be making a prolonged visit. `

Kelly was fantastic--my hair looks amazing and she gave me lots of great advice so I can keep it looking that way without much effort.
Excellent. The staff was friendly and Kelly gave me a great haircut and hair guidance. I already have an appointment booked for color!
The location is super convenient for me; Kelly has a very flexible schedule and she's great. Bubbly, personable and - very important - she listens and does not just do what she wants. It's definitely more than what I usually pay for a cut but I think I found my new 'regular' :)

This loft-like Soho salon, whose black-and-white decor, crystal chandeliers and exposed brick walls are as chic as the clientele. Alibi aims to elevate people's hair cutting appointments from a perfunctory act of maintenance to an indulgent experience: Sessions begin with a complimentary drink (try the Moroccan mint tea) and include a stress-melting head, neck and hand massage using essential oils and steaming-hot towels. $100 for men, $120 for women, blowout included. Complimentary clean-ups and fringe trims for clients between appointments to keep you looking fresh and beautiful.
