Cancellation Policy:
Just Calm Down requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment to give you time to customize your spa experience. I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date! Late arrivals may experience a shortened service. All appointments are royally reserved just for you. A valid credit card is needed to confirm all reservations at time of booking. We require a 24 hour cancellation notification for up to 3 services and 48 hours for 4 or more services. Please follow these terms or the full amount of the service cost will be charged to your credit card. Cancellation policy for party packages vary and will be determined upon booking. We accept cash gratuities only. A 20% gratuity will be added to all party package.

The woman was fast, nice & did a wonderful job. 2 things I didn't like, I only saw one stick, so I think she double dips & she's a bit rough when it comes to moving your naughty bits around, if you catch my drift...
This was my third time receiving a Brazil Bound wax at Just Calm Down. I found myself literally hoping today after my wax that my job doesn't ever change locations so I can always go there for my wax! I may even travel for it if that does happen! Best wax experience by far- even third time...
