A little bit of a strange experience in terms of the place and the person who performs the service. I wasn't 100% happy but she did offer for me to go back to do one more treatment. I will have to take her up on her offer as my teeth aren't as white as expected.

Wouldn't do this again, you're better off buying your own Crest white strips. They say your teeth can go up to 8 shades whiter, mine went about 1 and a half. I was taken to a small room in the back of a hair salon for the procedure. You sit under the LED light with a tray in your mouth for...

Wouldn't do this again, you're better off buying your own Crest white strips. They say your teeth can go up to 8 shades whiter, mine went about 1 and a half. I was taken to a small room in the back of a hair salon for the procedure. You sit under the LED light with a tray in your mouth for 20 mins, they have you rinse (into a bowl because there is no sink in the room--gross) they refill the tray and you do the whole thing again for another 20 mins. It was rather uncomfortable and it was obvious that the woman performing the procedure had just recently learned how to. Waste of money.

DO not ever use Heavenly White. The "Technician" was unprofessional, disorganized, confused, and so clueless. My teeth were not whitened at all, and she spilled some sort of liquid on me!
