Cancellation Policy:
Great Jones Spa requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Additional Policies:
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments. A 50% rescheduling charge is applied to appointments rescheduled within 12 hours of the original appointment time.

Absolutely amazing. Cannot wait to return. Nic the masseur was professional, intuitive, genius. If I could afford it I would see him twice a week. The spa was relaxing and clean, very good quality.
Great atmosphere, but needed to communicate a LOT to my waxer
The technician was very nice and the facility was beautiful.

Paisley was fantastic. One of the best facials I've ever had. Great facilities, too. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Great wax--skin was a bit red and swollen after (but i think that might just be me)
