Gentle Touch Laser Centers requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 1 day of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged $50
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my appointed time, but other than that the service was great.
This experience was pretty good. They didn't remember I had been there before. I wish they had organized that better though.
Gina was my technician, she explained the whole process to me and took her time. I look forward to going back to her. Thanks Gina!
The procedure was uneventful. Friendly staff, basically painless laser hair removal. No irritation or burns after or anything like that.
The service seemed fine but its a different laser than what is used at skin spa, which is what I'm used to. The envoirnment was not that of a spa, very transactional. Its a shared space with a salon - very trendy however. According to the person who did my treatment, you need 10-12...

Yes, it is a completely different machine, we do not use IPL (intense pulse light systems) that would take years to treat but real laser systems. We utilize the Cynosure Apogee Elite (dual wave system) which can treat any skin type. Typically our technicians don't overpromise on treatment...
