About Ebenezer Dental
Karen Kang, D.D.S. is both a prosthodontist and an implantologist, a specialist in esthetic, reconstructive, and comprehensive implant dentistry. Dr. Kang received her doctorate degree from University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with numerous awards for academic and clinical excellence.
In addition to a one-year general practice residency at Northport VA Hospital, she has completed a three-year residency in prosthodontics at Manhattan VA Hospital and a two-year certificate in implantology at New York University. This means that the same dentist who places your implants is also specially trained to restore them. Dr. Kang learned the art and science of esthetic, reconstructive, periodontal, and surgical dentistry from some of the world renowned specialists in the world.
Dr. Kang is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University School of Dental Medicine Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. She often serves as a consultant to general dentists and other specialists and receives referrals from them. She is a member of American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontists, and Academy of Osseointegration.
As a result of her academic affiliation, she is qualified to incorporate current clinical findings into your treatment.
