I am extremely upset that i was so mislead about the price. I booked an appointment based on the price. After my highlights were finished the price they charged me was completely different that what I booked. I am beyond furious that was lied to and had to commit to pay something i had no idea about. The salon was not willing to honor my lifebooer price and I was forced to pay what they demanded. The service was terrible. I do not feel like i was given the attention that i had to pay so much extra money for. There was also no blowout included in this overpriced appointment. This may be the first and last time i use lifebooker and that salon. It feels terrible being so mislead and robbed of money.

Half Head of Highlights at Daniel at wave55 salon

This salon looks a lot nicer than it is. They were nice and took my coat and offered me something to drink. My hair turned out nicely, but it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get partial highlights....and I felt more like a hassle that they had to deal with rather than a valued customer.

My hair came out fine though I did not get offered the glaze that is advertised as offered with this service. Also, the salon overcharged me because they did not include my reward dollars so I totally lost out on those.

Single Process Root Touch Up at Daniel at wave55 salon

the colorist i worked with seemed to know reds pretty well. he listened to what i wanted and did a good job getting the color right. the salon was pleasant and friendly. all in all a nice experience.
