Cancellation Policy:
Christopher Stanley Salon requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 4 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service price
Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.

Late Policy: In order to ensure that all clients get the appropriate amount of time for their appointment, we ask that all appointments be kept in a timely manner. If for any reason you are running late please let us know, in advance, so that we can try to accommodate you for that day. If you are late by 15 minutes or more without notifying the salon, your appointment, will need to be rescheduled for another time/day in the future.

not with Christopher-- Lifebooker: christopher doesn't work on sundays!! With Karen, who was great-- put gloss over bad highlights from a different salon. Karen listened to what I wanted and delivered excellent results.
