Chill Spa requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged the full price of the service.

Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
