I accidentally signed up for a blow out, meant to sign up for a haircut but she gave me one anyway which was great. She's super friendly and showed me different ways to wear my hair. She cut my bangs which I think are a little crooked but easily fixed. Good hair cut all around.
When I arrived at the salon they told me they'd have to schedule me with another colorist. I wasn't too upset as Nozomi was the only choice when booking on lifebooker. I had a really sweet guy named Yaz. He listened to my requests - I always get blonde highlights, but I'm terrified of them...

I went for a root touch-up and the color just was not matching. I ended up spending over 5 hours over the course of 2 days trying to get it fixed, but Nozomi was helpful and patient, and the owner also got involved to make sure that my hair was fixed. They ended up giving me a discount and...

Janessa does such a great job! My hair looks amazing and she is the nicest person!
Had an great experience at Arte Salon, and Janessa is a really talented stylist! I'm bad at hair and was in desperate need of a cut, and Janessa was able to understand what I wanted and throw in her expertise to give me an incredible cut. I'll definitely be back!

I want to keep her a secret, but Nozomi deserves recognition. Having been to dozens of stylists in the city i feel qualified to say she has given me the best blowouts I have ever had and is truly an artist with scissors.
Service was good, but they called to reschedule even though the lifebooker calendar showed availabilities all day.
