CANCELLATION POLICY:

Advanced Derma Laser Center inc. requires that you cancel on Lifebooker within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within policy, you may be charged 20% of the service price.

If you fail to honor your appointment, you may be charged 25% of the service price.

Please note that Lifebooker reward dollars and promotional codes cannot be applied to late cancellations and no-shows.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

There will be a 30% charge if an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before scheduled treatment.
